I’m an age Enthusiast that advocates for women at midlife. Menopause is the worst-kept secret in the world and among the largest unmet treatment needs in women’s healthcare. Menopause is the worst-kept secret in the world and among the largest unmet treatment needs in women’s healthcare. Women living active and independent healthy lives where they feel in control is what motivates me to find innovative solutions to their health challenges and led to the formation of Tea Botanics a life stage teaceuticals company. My journey started after I struggled with chronic insomnia and debilitating fatigue for almost 5 years and found a functional medicine practitioner who diagnosed my problem as “hidden parasites.” He prescribed an herbal tea remedy. In less than two weeks I had the consistent energy of a 20-year-old and sleeping like a baby. Soon after, I got hot flashes and this inspired, Hot Flash Tea.
