While I was raised in a very creative and artistic household, I'm most satisfied when my art has a purpose. I got my first paying graphic design project in high school, and haven't stepped away from it since. Then when I worked for a printing… While I was raised in a very creative and artistic household, I'm most satisfied when my art has a purpose. I got my first paying graphic design project in high school, and haven't stepped away from it since. Then when I worked for a printing company with promotional products, I felt like I found my niche. Running traditional offset presses is an art in of itself, and designing for them is different from a newer digital printer. And promotional products are printed in so many different ways themselves. I love the challenge to make the most out of every item and print method. But most of all, I love making dreams come true and the excitement in people's eyes when they see their logo on a product. It gives them ownership, and it feels like receiving a gift.
