The company launched it's website in October 2020 and offers the following products and services: 1. Eyewear made with sizes to fit diverse faces, the most luminous materials, colors, and patterns. 2. Prescriptions - we fulfill all prescriptions (single vision, progressives, and readers) at an affordable cost. 3. Warranty - we also offer a unique protection for consumers by providing a one-year/one-time replacement warranty from date of purchase if your eyewear is lost, stolen, damaged, or broken. 4. Masks - due to the pandemic we pivoted to add masks in the same eye-catching and awe-inspiring patterns as the eyewear. Vontélle has coined the phrase #fullfacefashion.
Think about this: in 2019 the global eyewear market was valued at approximately $139 billion and estimated to be $259 billion by 2027. Yet there are less than a handful of Black owned and/or women operated eyewear manufacturers or designers. Considering 164 million American adults wear glasses and 218 million wear nonprescription sunglasses (to block sunrays); people need glasses as it's a medical necessity. Vontélle is joining the industry at the right time with our handcrafted ethnic designs to fit diverse faces.
Thus, Vontélle is open to multiple cultures in the general market ages 25 – 65: Blacks (including Biracial), Latino & Latinx, Asian (i.e., Japanese, Chinese, Korean), East Indian Asian etc. These ethnicities have a hard time finding eyewear that fit. Moreover, they want to see more color and pattern in their eyewear selection. They want representation in the apparel and eyewear selections.
