Victoria's Kitchen is a Kids Cooking School. We teach ages 2 years old and up - the importance of cooking and baking from scratch. We create fun hands on Culinary Experiences in which kids learn how to do math, reading, writing, science, history and… Victoria's Kitchen is a Kids Cooking School. We teach ages 2 years old and up - the importance of cooking and baking from scratch. We create fun hands on Culinary Experiences in which kids learn how to do math, reading, writing, science, history and much more while cooking! We also specialize in special needs culinary classes and classes for kids and families needing to learn how to cook and bake for specific food allergies - such as gluten free, dairy free, egg free, soy free, peanut free, vegan and vegetarian lifestyles. If it's a dish - we'll teach you how to make it. Our students travel around the world - in class - when they learn to make dishes from different cultures. Another service we offer are Kids Birthday Baking Parties and Private Family and Friends Classes. We also just started our new line of frozen allergy friendly baked goods: Rachel's Harvest. This was created out of a love for children with food allergies - as our youngest daughter - Rachel has a lot of food allergies and it was difficult to find desserts that actually tasted good or that didn't have any of the listed food allergens above - so we created our own recipes and tested them with local kids - including ours and it was a hit! Victoria's Kitchen is also a Licensed Commissary Kitchen, by the Dept of Health and of Agriculture - in where fellow chefs, bakers, etc can rent our kitchen to prepare their catering, meal prep or products they sell in the stores.
