I, partner with individuals, businesses, and families utilizing astrology and birth charts which was one of the first personality assessments utilized by Shaman's to identify needs, personality patterns, communication style, career paths, appreciation style, etc of the village people. If there is deep collective understanding then there is harmony within the village. The idea is that a fist is more powerful than a finger but a fist is made up of fingers and the punch is only as powerful as the collective output of each finger. If the fingers are strong then the punch will be strong. My background is in operations and business development and adding astrology as the vehicle to help enhance businesses and people.
To give a couple examples with businesses: I partner with managers to help them better undserstand employees professional and personal needs, communication style, potential positions within the company, weaknesses, opportunities for growth and threats to growth. The more happier, appreciated, and content an employee; the longer the retainment of an employee. The same process applies to individuals and families but from a different perspective: ie communication style, how one operates externally vs internally, appreciation style, discipline style, how one gain's wisdom through experience & the types of experiences, etc.
