Mr. Stewart comes from a long line of chefs and caterers. After 10 years in US Air Force, he started trying to recreate a cheesecake that tasted homemade like his dad made when he was a child. Mrs. Stewart's love of cheesecake stemmed from a childhood of birthday parties where cheesecake was the centerpiece of the celebration. After 13 years of baking for friends and family, we finally made Stewarts" Cheesecakes an official business, where Mr. Stewart's role is "bake cheesecakes", and Mrs. Stewart's role is "everything else". Our mission is to provide quality cheesecakes with a homemade taste, that everyone can enjoy.
