All of our granolas and cookies are made of ingredients that are certified organic, vegan, gluten-free, and Non-GMO without any artificial sweeteners, preservatives, refined sugar, or salt. The 70% dark chocolate, cocoa powder, cacao nibs, coffee, and coconut sugar we use are all Fair Trade Certified. We believe that our health comes from a well-balanced diet with minimally processed ingredients. “Change the World, One Breakfast at a Time”. We believe one of the small steps to make this world a better place is to start choosing food that is minimally processed with fairly traded, organically, and sustainably grown ingredients.

After being a pastry chef for more than a decade in multiple countries, I moved to Los Angeles in 2015. After a few months of living here, I noticed there are very limited choices for truly healthy granola so I started baking granola with Extra… After being a pastry chef for more than a decade in multiple countries, I moved to Los Angeles in 2015. After a few months of living here, I noticed there are very limited choices for truly healthy granola so I started baking granola with Extra Virgin Olive Oil, very low in sugar without adding salt. I started baking from a tiny apartment and selling at several farmers' markets. Now I'm baking much bigger batches and wholesale to retail stores and cafes. Although the production became bigger, I still make sure that every batch comes out in the best condition.
