I am the Owner and Managing Attorney for Stanton and Worthy, LLC. I operate a boutique law firm that addresses the needs of individuals facing evictions, foreclosures, repossessions, garnishments and lawsuits. Our firm is located in metro-Atlanta. Over the past five years we have helped individuals settle disputes with creditors, stopped the eviction of single mothers, stopped foreclosures for elderly couples and stopped repossessions for young people trying to fight to keep their heads above water. My firm is unique as we are all minority women. My entire staff consist of women. We have ranged in age from 19-57 in years past. We have assisted our staff with going to law school, starting their second careers and receiving certifications to help make them more marketable. When hiring I always choose individuals that can relate to our clientele or may have even been in their shoes. Compassion and organization amongst my staff is 80% of the job. We enjoy being able to tell our clients they get to stay in their home for another year or their car is protected. Mostly we work with individuals coming from poverty stricken backgrounds or first generation college graduates. Our services are imperative to our community.
