Our Story
From my engineering degree to my early corporate career, I spent much of my time being one of the only person of color in the room trying to “earn” my seat at the table. As a result of those efforts, I was awarded the BEYA Modern-Day Technology… From my engineering degree to my early corporate career, I spent much of my time being one of the only person of color in the room trying to “earn” my seat at the table. As a result of those efforts, I was awarded the BEYA Modern-Day Technology Leader Award. It was while leading teams to determine optimal future wartime demands at the Pentagon that I learned about war strategy and became intimately aware of the unfortunate results of them. Instead of planning for wars, I sought to better understand how strategy can align with mission and implementation to build bridges and hope for a better future. The reckless optimist in me is blown away by the momentum and attention on DEI today!
