As a franchisee and independent contractor of Allstate I have been able to transition to Employee Benefits offering Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability because I had five years of personal experience as a Human Resources Manager, as the sole HR representative, managing all the daily activities for over 250 employees. I can attest to the demands of a rewarding and arduous career path as well as my commitment to ease the burden, knowing the challenges firsthand. I truly enjoyed my human resources field experience and it has been a good fit to merge both worlds. I hold both a Masters and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration I am compelled to help my Human Resources partners make life a little simpler, and a little easier for their employers and employees, all while trying to make the job of HR "appear" seamless for all parties involved.
