The dream all began to come… Running the wildly popular and very successful food cart Screamin' Jay's Hot Lunch on the University of Oregon campus for the last couple of years, I decided to pivot into a full service brick and mortar take out shop. The dream all began to come together when looking for a major change after decades of working in the fine dining restaurant industry. After finding such a fast and furious following in our cafes, I am now to grow, formulate and refine my idea to create a fully plant based convenience product, addressing the need for healthy, low sodium, no sugar, tasty vegan snacks on the go. With four great, flavorful products currently preparing to enter the retail market, Hippie Helper is making it easy for Oregonians on the go to chew the right thing!
