Founded by two sisters, Sarah a breast cancer survivor and Leah an oncology nurse created Saltygirl with ocean ingredients that pamper and inspire. Our products include: Body Scrub, Bath Salts, Lip Exfoliators, Body Lotion, Body wash, Soaps and Beach Sea Salt Hair Spray.

Our Story
Sisters Sarah Kelly & Leah Robert, started Saltygirl after Sarah went into remission from cancer. In 2015 she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer while 8 months pregnant. Her sister Leah, an Oncology nurse, supported her sister through this time… Sisters Sarah Kelly & Leah Robert, started Saltygirl after Sarah went into remission from cancer. In 2015 she was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer while 8 months pregnant. Her sister Leah, an Oncology nurse, supported her sister through this time and became her rock and go to. During chemo, after losing her hair and giving birth Sarah was in a place where she was not feeling physically or mentally her best self. Sarah accompanied by her family would find peace and calm at the ocean. After cancer treatment, Sarah didn’t want to go back to the corporate grind, and wanted to put her MBA into practice starting a company with her sister. Together they created a company that focuses on sustainability, clean wellness and ingredients from the Maine coast that nourish and sooth our skin.
