We pivoted into a… Saigon Social was a pop up for 2 yrs before finding a brick and mortar for an actual restaurant. After a year of waiting for gas services to be turned on, we were slated to open on March 13th last year when the city shut down. We pivoted into a community kitchen serving partnering with various non profits to provide meals for frontline workers and homebound seniors, while offering take out and delivery. We currently are offering outdoor dining and are working towards an official opening indoors as a full service neighborhood restaurant serving Vietnamese comfort food, bridging traditional and modern Vietnamese cuisine.
