These are grab & go waffles you can walk with. Think after-school snack, breakfast on the subway, devouring them at the beach, or fueling your weekend hike. Though our waffles are perfect just as they are, feel free to gild the lily at home with any of your favorite toppings. We recommend any or all of the following: fresh fruit, whipped cream, hot fudge, caramel, cream cheese & homemade jam ... the list could go on forever.

I’m often asked, Why Waffles? I've loved waffles since my first box of Eggo's when I was 5-years-old. Many years and many waffle irons later, I was gifted a fancy Belgian waffle iron for Mother’s Day and I passed on my love of waffles to my… I’m often asked, Why Waffles? I've loved waffles since my first box of Eggo's when I was 5-years-old. Many years and many waffle irons later, I was gifted a fancy Belgian waffle iron for Mother’s Day and I passed on my love of waffles to my daughter Rachel. When we lived in Connecticut, waffles became a special snow day treat. Lots of snow days meant lots of waffle recipes – and the idea for Pop Goes the Waffle was born. I founded Pop Goes the Waffle in 2017 as a pop-up tent at area markets. In 2019 we added Blossom, the Waffle Truck and in 2022 we will open our first brick and mortar location. Our waffles can be found in more than 20 retail outlets in Tampa Bay and nationwide through our site.
