Our goals are to foster creativity, instill resiliency, and get the next generation of Nail Technicians, Estheticians, and Permanent Makeup Artists ready to be business leaders, through the skills of their own hands. As we develop our students with appropriate licensing and certifications, we aim to promote entrepreneurship while preserving the integrity and standards of the beauty industry.

When staffing was a challenge, I hired and trained inexperienced technicians to keep up with the service demands. As soon as the technicians leveled up, they quit to go to a better neighborhood. Solutions are created from the struggles of challenges; mine led me on my journey to become a licensed educator. In 2016 I began working on my dream of opening a school. In 2018, I became a dually licensed Illinois Nails and Esthetics instructor. In 2021, I opened the doors to One Stop Beauty School. In the same year I also founded a nonprofit organization the Olivia Mae Lotus Scholarship. As a beneficiary of scholarships and systems that helped those seeking a better life, my mission in life is to pay it forward.
