I started my business in 1997. After changing my name 3 times, I submitted a llc to further grow. I am a survivor of a heart attack brought on by major stresses in the corporate world. During my employment I assisted with fundraisers by providing… I started my business in 1997. After changing my name 3 times, I submitted a llc to further grow. I am a survivor of a heart attack brought on by major stresses in the corporate world. During my employment I assisted with fundraisers by providing some of my best baked goods taking their funds from $300 to $900 and above. I started catering to small groups in that same company on my off days. I worked the full-time job and on my off days, I catered weddings, corporate lunches, church conferences, family meals. After being forced in retirement due to health declining because of the chemicals on the job, I pursued my catering and rental services full-time to ensure my contributions into the household.
