I am an Executive + Leadership + Career Strategist. I've worked with thousands of job seekers and professionals who are unempowered and frustrated to bypass trial and error to advance into a career in line with their strengths, values, and how they wish to live and work. I do this by guiding frustrated and unhappy people back from the brink of despair, to boldly re-consider their work and career. I teach my clients how to take back that feeling of being inspired when they see that they can make a difference with their work and get paid well for their contributions. I am extremely passionate about guiding people to reach their full potential.

--12-week 1:1 coaching program that combines employment readiness/life skills with job campaign skills
--8 – week 1:1 coaching program that addresses the modern job campaign and includes the development of personal marketing tools, LinkedIn profile, etc.
--6 Module – Group Coaching Program for Job Seekers (in development)
--Interview 2-Be Hired – This is both a product and service. There are three levels of options that incorporate an online job search readiness assessment with a customized interview questionnaire which can be built out based on the job specifications so the participant can practice interview questions for the work/targeted position for which they are interviewing. The three-level options are enhanced with more time to work with me as part of the customization and practice. There is access to an online portal for up to one year to continue to build out questionnaires for subsequent opportunities.
