We are a small craft ramen shop, inspired by ramen shops in Japan. My partner and I started our business from a hankering. We wanted ramen in a ramen-lacking city so we started making it at home. We quickly found out that a batch of ramen is too much… We are a small craft ramen shop, inspired by ramen shops in Japan. My partner and I started our business from a hankering. We wanted ramen in a ramen-lacking city so we started making it at home. We quickly found out that a batch of ramen is too much for two people so we started doing donation based monthly ramen dinners, which turned into twice a month, then public pop ups where we raise the funds to open a brick and mortar location that opened in January 2019. Our first year was extremely successful and confidently headed into 2020 in full stride where the first 2 and a half months were going great, and then we all know what happened in March 2020. Now that we are finally reopened, we offer dine in service, make-at-home ramen kits, and ramen merchandise.
