We operate predominantly as a "catering kitchen" also known as a "Ghost Kitchen," where we prepare for events and gatherings. However, as an added courtesy, we will offer weekly pick-up/take-out meals on various days, as well as selling our branded lemonades, seasonings and sauces that are also available for shipping. Mo' believes in "QUALITY OVER EVERYTHING" as it is our goal is to provide you with "Love that you can taste; from simple & satisfying to soulful & sensational. Our Story

I have a unique excitement for preparing meals that others get to enjoy. Cooking has always been an outlet for me as I find it to be one of my many passions. For me, its therapeutic. Because of that, I often quotes, "I do what I love and love what I… I have a unique excitement for preparing meals that others get to enjoy. Cooking has always been an outlet for me as I find it to be one of my many passions. For me, its therapeutic. Because of that, I often quotes, "I do what I love and love what I do." Cooking is major on both my mom's and dad's side of the family. However, I am self taught. Besides maybe one family secret recipe, I have quite a few recipes of my own as well as some very important staples that help to "make a meal." I've recently released my first "Shortcut" recipe book, entitled "Just a lil Mo' Flavorz Recipes, Deets & More,” that will allow others to take short-cuts and still become savvy in the kitchen. After being a part of a shared commercial kitchen, I've recently opened my very own "Brick & Mortar" space.
