I had just launched officially on Feb 1, 2020 to be a creative addition to my existing brand, Maui Sweet Cakes, which generated 90% of my revenue. When COVID came to town, the Maui Cookie Lab was allowed to operate, as we are a Mobile Cookie Bar (food truck), as Maui Sweet Cakes closed because our accounts were all closed, which we hotels and visitor driven retail accounts.
