In order to pay homage to family's rich history and the matriarchs hard work, I want to be able to share some of these homemade, savory, made from scratch dishes not only on a local level but statewide. People will not only be able to enjoy these traditional meals, as well as healthy options on the menu, to which I have added my own twist, but also learn about the history behind the food that they are able to enjoy.
