The Corporation is owned by Jeannette Flores Katz. In the times of Covid and our new focus we decided our passion for Pupusas is the way for us to move forward. The Gluten Free Salvadorean Hand food is easily adaptable for vegetarians, vegans, and meat eaters. We look forward to bringing them to you in retail outlets soon

Our initial intention was to be a mix of Latin experiences that we have had in El Salvador where Jeannette is from, New York, where Ken is from, San Francisco , where we met and Miami, where we lived before this. So we were focused on the entire… Our initial intention was to be a mix of Latin experiences that we have had in El Salvador where Jeannette is from, New York, where Ken is from, San Francisco , where we met and Miami, where we lived before this. So we were focused on the entire experience and what a student would expect if they came from these areas. Interestingly this is how we ended up focusing on offering fresh food prepared daily and to order for our customers. We thought part of the experience was going to be to have a deli style offering. In time we learned the unique propostion we offered was our passion for Pupusas. The Gluten Free Salvadorean Hand food is easily adaptable for vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters.
