I have been doing hair for 15 plus years! I was blessed to be able to attend Cosmetology School throughout High School as a vocational program!
By the time I was 21 I was working with multiple fashion stylist styling hair for their runway shows, and participating in the community helping children with school supplies, free hair styles and much more during back to school time.
I have worked in some very professional upscale salon environments where I was able to learn and train to move further in my career.
In 2019 I was invited to join the multi million dollar ULTA team and be a creative stylist working with many Diverse stylist and clients polishing my Hair-coloring skills mastering the formulas!
I was a HAIR CUT SPECIALIST creating all the new trendy hair cuts!
Jae Marie Hair Journey specialize in providing skilled services to clients growing damaged hair, treating severe baldness and excessive shedding, installing weave extensions, providing hair cuts, chemical services, nails,
Lash, makeup applications and skin treatments.
When women feel they are at their last option they call us!

We also offer state board prep classes to upcoming cosmetologist who has already accumulated 1500 accredited hours at a cosmetology school./
These future cosmetologist really need a refresher practice in practical and theory to go take their state board test and pass with confidence!
These classes are free of charge, my goal is to help as many women obtain their cosmetology license and spread my knowledge around as possible without feeling financially it isn't obtainable.
I could use this building to make sure we are following all safety measures, market more to let the community know we are up and running and have the tools we need to serve them!
Motivate our future stylist to come take the classes, in a trainable facility.
Purchase and Store more kits to send out with students taking their state board test that could not afford the necessary equipment and materials needed to pass.
During this pandemics so many women have lost their hair and that's an important key to our confidence
They have lost hope and are barely able to go into school and get the hands on experience needed.
I am ready to get back in my community making a difference as we get back Into the work field and try to rebuild what covid was taken from us.
My vision is to create a revolving door our customers know we will be here to service them for years to come!
