Our primary focus… Inside Out, located in the rural mountains of Western North Carolina, provides customized outdoor education experiences engaging learners of all ages. For the past 28 years, experiential learning has been our commitment and passion. Our primary focus is classes of 5th to 12th grade students. Field trips with Inside Out can be an afternoon or multiple days, and are offered at a park, on a school campus, or at one of our partner summer camp facilities. We typically run trips during the spring and fall. In any given season you will find us with a school/ group doing one or all of the following: on the trail- backpacking, exploring a creek or forest, climbing a rock, solving challenges as a group, swimming, and most importantly having a fun positive experience.
