To empower and enhance the lives of the people in the underserved community in South Jamaica Queens, as we facilitate personal empowerment by providing resources to those who have need of an on-going support through difficult circumstances.
Community Outreach is the starting point and the end goal of Hands That Unite, Inc. Community Outreach allows us to unite with community leaders alongside our team as we unite with those living in underserved communities, as they set goals for themselves and their families which they can achieve by uniting together
