G.V.O (Good Vibes Only) Restaurant & Lounge is a new local lounge serving the Bay Area community providing a luxurious, new, fun and vibrant concept for young professionals, locals, and travelers to come socialize and gather for a time of unwinding. This lounge is created with the intent to help rebuild back the urban community, provide new jobs and opportunities, while promoting the spirit of camaraderie. Our mission is to be a positive pillar for the community. This will be a safe space welcoming individuals from all walks of life. Already, the new developments coming up in the nearby area will increase the population within the neighborhood and stimulate the expansion of economy. The area does not have many vibrant "must – see" new concept lounges and G.V.O is more than excited and determined to fill in this gap. GVO is designed to appeal to its target market and fortunately the current target market does not have many establishments comparable to the subject. In fact, the closest direct comparable is located 12 miles away in San Francisco and the majority of locals would prefer a similar but new and refreshing experience closer to home.
