I also participate in 4 farmers markets in Chicago currently. We offer dine in or grab and go. I have grilled cheese, tomato soup, house made mac-n-cheese, house made potato chips, local soda and water in aluminum bottles. We are a green restaurant as well. I hire local college kids to work the farmers markets each summer.
