Most tobacco and produce growers have the need to have their crops certified in order to sell in particular areas (globally, local grocery stores/markets, etc.) and we consult and guide… We offer services to tobacco and produce growers in our region. Most tobacco and produce growers have the need to have their crops certified in order to sell in particular areas (globally, local grocery stores/markets, etc.) and we consult and guide these growers in the correct avenues to gain that needed certification. We work directly with the growers and workers on the farm to insure that their products are safe to consume, accurate records are kept for traceability and applied inputs, etc. These certifications are acquired annually so this is an ongoing need. Growers/farmers are seeing that they must have these certifications in order to maintain their markets. Some farms are small farms that cannot afford to have an full time, on-staff person to conduct this type of service, so they call GAP Ready! Farm Services and we step in to get the job done as accurately and precisely as if we were on the farm all of the time!
