The primary goal of Future Successors is to serve teens and young adults who reside in low socioeconomic areas by providing resources and guidance centered on entrepreneurship, financial education, and leadership development. According to research conducted by collegeforamerica.org, low-socioeconomic status students were less likely to complete their college education with only 14% of students receiving a bachelor's degree. Our hope is to lay a solid foundation where participants are empowered to seek education at higher institutions, create entrepreneurship opportunities within their communities, learn financial literacy to make informed decisions, and cultivate leadership skills by strengthening students' self efficacy.
Our primary focus is to empower our target audience, which consists of middle and high school students' ages 13-18 who are enrolled in Title I schools. Title I schools are schools with a high percentage of poverty who receive federal funds that are used for resources to meet the needs of their student and family population.

College Tours - In the second quarter of our program, participants of Future Successors visit colleges along the East and Southern regions. Through their participation, scholars recognize the importance of performing well both academically and behaviorally in school as a means of accomplishing their goals. Upon completion of the college tours, they will also create an action plan that will serve as a guide through their high school matriculation.
