None of the convenient food options checked her nutritional boxes, so she began making mini waffles from scratch, using only a few high-quality ingredients. The use of clean, intentional ingredients has been a cornerstone of Evergreen since Day One, and always will be. You won’t find any refined sugars, dairy, or preservatives in our mini waffles, and the only flavor comes from real fruits, vegetables, nuts, and spices.

As a working mom, I wanted to feed my daughter frozen waffles for the convenience but didn't want to give her all the preservatives, refined sugars, and artificial colors and flavors I was seeing in the popular brands on the market. I was inspired… As a working mom, I wanted to feed my daughter frozen waffles for the convenience but didn't want to give her all the preservatives, refined sugars, and artificial colors and flavors I was seeing in the popular brands on the market. I was inspired to create a better option made with whole grains, sweetened by honey, and flavored only by real fruits, vegetables, nuts, and spices.
