Equilo is an innovative web-based platform that harnesses big data and machine learning to automate the delivery of customized gender equality and social inclusion (GESI) analysis. Our digital solution expedites the critical first steps of GESI analyses—literature review and data analysis—thus significantly reducing costs and lead times for decision makers and project planners. The user experience is designed to engage gender specialists who are intimately familiar with the topic and want to dive deep into the data as well as non-practitioners who just want to understand how gender equality could have anything to do with their aquaculture project in Mozambique, for example. Equilo presents the data analysis in a way that is easily consumable and actionable for end users, thus improving project and investment outcomes.
