She began making dumplings of all varieties and inviting her friends over to share in her… After moving to the USA, my mom Elaine tried finding dumplings that reminded her of the ones she had back in China, unfortunately she could not find them. She began making dumplings of all varieties and inviting her friends over to share in her cooking. Elaine had the chance to share her favorite dishes at Dumpling Haus’s first pop-up at a local coffee shop in 2016. Since that first pop-up, Dumpling Haus has partnered with local watering holes, farmer markets, and city-wide events to share the joy of eating handmade dumplings made with the finest ingredients!
