Vision: Developing Youth is a program that focuses on creating a foundation for the youth living in the urban communities of Philadelphia. The program provides services needed to address traumatic situations such as poverty, community violence, homelessness, abuse, natural disasters (COVID-19 pandemic), teen parenting, and much more for personal development, career development and building wealth. The staff will utilize the Sanctuary Model and trauma informed care approach to help the youth create a safe space. Developing Youth aims to offer young people a therapeutic environment where they can heal through healthy relationships and grow skills that drives future success. Developing Youth provides Personal Development, Mentorship, Health Education and Career Readiness
