Desert Rose Counseling is a champion in suicide prevention. In 10 years, has served thousands of Nevadans; reducing hospital readmissions, recidivism in correctional facilities, and suicide rates among targeted populations.
In lieu of the novel Coronavirus pandemic and call for distancing, Desert Rose Counseling has survived by getting creative in order to keep communities engaged and not without life-saving resources. Desert Rose Counseling created The UNNI Podcast; to create and connect with a survivor community, and use storytelling of our histories and experiences, to inspire hope and resiliency among its audience. Additionally, Desert Rose Counseling created Reach In Now- the docuseries; which features host (Desert Rose Counseling Founder & CEO) connecting with survivor groups, from around the world and teaching trauma-recovery in which she authored and named, The 11 Triumphs. Also, Reach In Now University; an online community for people to join, and engage in training Mental Fitness, building emotionally corrective relationships via groups, accessing hours of video content from influencers and celebrity who use their platform and following to share their own triumphs, and give permission for us all to heal.
