The Define the Line comic book combined with interactive training sessions is helping individuals, teams and leaders, understand how to go from a bystander, someone who stands by, to an ally, someone who takes action to prevent harassing and inappropriate behavior in the workplace.

As we sipped our cocktails we began to discuss the harassing, belittling, and inappropriate behavior we… Sexual harassment training has failed us. In 2017, the idea for Define the Line was sparked after a conversation amongst friends at happy hour. As we sipped our cocktails we began to discuss the harassing, belittling, and inappropriate behavior we all endured over the course of our careers. We laughed and joked about the outdated sexual harassment training videos we each had been provided throughout our careers. Sparked by the idea of creating something new. Something useful. Something that could help ourselves and others feel empowered to speak up, define the line, and create workplaces that are harassment-free, we created the first of it's kind, sexual harassment training in the form of a comic book. Define the Line is the training I wished I had earlier in my career.
