In the past few years our small town has begun to grow exponentially and commerce, industry, and innovation has come with the expanding population. Our lab serves a key role as a accessible reference for questions and results for food and beverage testing.
We have t ability to test a variety of products for wholesale and retail sales and we have become a valuable resource for people trying to wade through the difficult processes that go along with bringing a product to market.
We test for allergens, alcohol percentages, pH, water activity, moisture content, product content and quality. We also help as a health department liaison by answering questions, assisting with Food safety plans and HACCP, (Hazard Analysis Critical Control) plans as well as protocol establishment and FDA regulation adherence.
We are a very approachable lab that takes the time to talk with its customers to narrow down exactly what they need to certify their products and cut out unnecessary testing. We also take the time to explain results and what they mean for the products being tested.
We have been able to save local businesses on testing and shipping prices by being available for drop off, the need for an independent local lab was apparent and we are privileged to be that lab.
