I learned to love baking with my grandmother. For most part unplanned, I became a professional baker certified by AIB (America Institute of Baking). As a successful professional I always thought I needed to do something else with all my love and… I learned to love baking with my grandmother. For most part unplanned, I became a professional baker certified by AIB (America Institute of Baking). As a successful professional I always thought I needed to do something else with all my love and talent for baking. In 2007 I bought a tiny bakery and endured the process to make it into an organization with a soul and purpose. I have encounter and gone through many challenges that made me stronger, smatter and wiser – no regrets though. This project is a congruence of a very sublime idea that has the potential to ignite many other dormant potential and expertise a long the way that might would never come to life fusing forces to transform the world into a better place leaving behind a legacy.
