Every detail, every event, every emotion, every milestone Beth was there for her children. Beth was her family's biggest advocate, and the power of her love was undeniable. What happened after we lost Beth was taking the most difficult and painful situation and turning it into a light and beacon of hope for others. Beth raised her children to believe that life doesn't happen to you, it happens for you. So with her guidance and inspiration from above, Beths Place was born. In her death, Cassie gained the responsibility to keep going, gather her strength, and bravery, and start changing the conversation around mental health and substance abuse. The hummingbird signifies Beths four grandchildren and the love she instilled in them, for slowing down and taking time to enjoy life.
