As a first generation college graduate and entrepreneur, Estephanie, has experienced and overcome the adversities that many children in low income minority communities face. Along her journey she realized the importance of self awareness and sufficiency. An important part of Beaut&Beast Co.'s mission is to empower children to build on characteristics in hopes of living healthy, happier lives. This is accomplished via flashcards and workbooks created by Beaut&Beast Co. to teach children cultural diversity, history, comprehensive vocabulary, and self awareness. Her resources and products have been used by teachers and families to incorporate into the learning environment nationwide. Additionally, she teaches and provides women with resources to become an entrepreneur, build skills, and increase financial literacy via blogs, interviews, and low cost products/ebooks.
