Our mission is to assist clients with the tools and coping strategies needed to live a happier and healthier life. Although stress is a normal part of life, too much of it can cause significant physical, mental, and emotional health issues. Our goal is to assist you with being free of the daily stressors by learning effective skills and strategies to restore your mental health.
Be Free Counseling believes each client is unique and an individual, therefore, an eclectic approach is used along with a variety of techniques and theories to provide clients with the best treatment based on their individual needs.
Be Free offers 60-minute psychotherapy sessions to adolescents, adults, and couples between the ages of 15 and 65 struggling with trauma, relationship or martial conflict, depression, stress and/or career indecisiveness. We offer individual, group, and couples counseling in office and trauma-focused groups and couples/marriage retreats in the community.
