I Creative LLC is a start-up online clothing lifestyle line founded by Pasha Cook. The business was started from an idea that sparked the questions- How can we use our gifts and talents to unite people of different cultures that exist in our country… I Creative LLC is a start-up online clothing lifestyle line founded by Pasha Cook. The business was started from an idea that sparked the questions- How can we use our gifts and talents to unite people of different cultures that exist in our country and world? What do we believe constitutes a quality-piece? How can we create a brand that bridges cultures during a time in history when people are discriminated, isolated and oppressed because of their culture?, and what does our style of clothing really say about our identities? Our design process will be pretty simple and will start with four frames of reference in mind-comfort, quality, freedom of expression, and cultural sensitivity. Even though we are the designers of or talent behind the brand, our work is to be viewed as an expression of our cultures, the freedom to be true to ourselves, and the individuality to think outside of societal boxes, essentially shifting the manner in which fashionable-creatives dress, while offering designs that explore the boundless potential of unisex fashion through high quality interchangeable pieces. Our clothing line target people of all races and ages and the aim of our business is to unite and celebrate world cultures as expressed in our various clothing designs that caters for various clothing needs of people based on their culture. Our lifestyle line will use cultural elements when designing clothes to ensure they adhere to cultural sensitivities and tastes of our targeted customers. The cultural elements that will be incorporated in our clothing line will produce authentic stories and experiences that connect with a wide range of audiences and drive engagement around our culturally-based clothing. The images that we intend to incorporate in our clothing designs will explore the numerous possibilities of visual anthropology not only to understand complex history of human beings but also bring people together and portray images of activities and cultural practices that people hold dear based on their socio-cultural and socio-geographic environments. Our clothing line wants to amplify the message wrapped around the stories and inspire individuals and communities alike. For African American for instance, our clothing designs will incorporate images that depict the true meaning of blackness as opposed to how black people are stereotyped in media. The designs will allow black people to visualize themselves beyond the trauma story of mainstream media and present culture and future aspirations of people of color using narrative, fantasy and fiction to highlight African-American identity. Our products/collections will include hoodie collections, Leisure pant collection, Shirts, T-shirts, Full length dresses, official dresses, Trousers, blouses, and head clothing.
