Our Story
I was furloughed from my role as a Regional Director in the restaurant/hospitality industry in 2020 and decided to take a road trip across the USA to gain some perspective. Somewhere in the middle of Kansas, I constructed the concept behind Mangia… I was furloughed from my role as a Regional Director in the restaurant/hospitality industry in 2020 and decided to take a road trip across the USA to gain some perspective. Somewhere in the middle of Kansas, I constructed the concept behind Mangia Dolce and spent the next 18 months getting all of the pieces into place. I am highly passionate about the service industry and providing unique experiential event services for my clients and their guests.
